Yesterday Yudhis approached Lala is frying potatoes in the kitchen. I happened to be nearby.

"Ma'am, can for the kentangnya?" asked Yudhis see fried potato peelings and scraps its own results that recently finished deep fried. Happen to Lala are like to eat French fries. Last Yudhis to shop close to home to find potatoes frozen prepared fried, but was empty.

"Could. ..," said Lala while continuing to make dishes for lunch.

Yudhis took a few pieces, eat it, and then commented, "wow ... tasty, Bu kentangnya."

"Good, Dhis," said Lala appreciates Yudhis. "It's called grateful."

"It's delicious, kok..," said Yudhis. In fact, it is the ordinary potato potatoes. And it's certainly more tasty frozen potatoes are similar in the fast-food restaurant. But it's not a simple potato Yudhis comparing it with other more tasty potatoes. He's not a negative comment. In fact, she praised it. For us it was a very deserved better value appreciated.

"Yes ... that is called gratitude. Always grateful for anything before us, "said Lala.

I had heard the conversation between Yudhis and Lala added with praise, "good, Dhis!"

"If you look at everything that is before you in thankfulness, you will always be happy," I approached while rubbing his head and walk through it. "Believe Me! If you always see the positive in all things which the Lord unto you, ye never will be hard for the rest of your life. That's the simple things that became the key to happiness and often forgotten people. "

That conversation just goes on for a while, not until 5 minutes. We saw the momentumnya, we use it to confirm the moral values that we want to teach to the children. Reassurance that in the form of praise, appreciation, and other non-verbal language to indicate that we liked his attitude.

This is among the learning process in character education at home that runs all the time, over the years, as long as children are our upbringing.
